Keiran Hadley
LAND AIR WATER CODIRECTOR
Keiran grew up in Providence, Rhode Island and moved out west in 2017 when she started her B.S. in Marine Biology at University of California – San Diego. While in undergrad, she focused on mangrove conservation. She switched gears after graduating and started to work with Northwest Youth Corps, a conservation nonprofit based in Eugene, where she developed a passion for wildfire prevention, land management, and community resiliency. She decided to pursue a career in environmental law so that she can continue to protect our wild places.

Morgan McWilliams
LAND AIR WATER CODIRECTOR
Morgan grew up moving up and down the east coast. She graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Global Studies and a minor in Political Science. When she decided she wanted to go to law school, she knew she wanted to work in Environmental Law, and this led her to the University of Oregon. After she graduates, Morgan hopes to continue advocating for sustainability and the protection of natural resources. She has grown to love the west coast and hopes to relocate out west permanently after law school.

Allie Frazier
WEBSITE DIRECTOR
Allie is a 2L from Denver, Colorado. Allie graduated from CU Boulder in 2019 and worked in tech after graduation. She decided to leave business and get a law degree because she wanted to do something where she can work directly with individuals and intends to specialize in estate planning law. In classic Colorado fashion, she loves to bike. She participated in a bike race where the goal was to beat a train and won.

Alicia Davis
WELU DIRECTOR
Alicia Davis is a 2L from Central Missouri and holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. She hopes to pursue a career in public interest environmental law and is interested in water law, environmental justice, and public health. In her free time, Alicia enjoys reading, kayaking, hiking, and camping.

Jonathan Nourblin
PUBLIC RELATIONS DIRECTOR
Jonathan Nourblin is a 2L from Orange County, California. He received his Bachelor’s in Communications and began his professional career as an Art Director in the Advertising industry. Jonathan eventually transitioned to Environmental Advertising where he worked with eco-friendly companies like Sphere and One Tree Planted. After a few years in advertising, he decided he needed to make a bigger impact by becoming an Environmental Lawyer. As an avid climber, Jonathan has hiked to the top of most major mountains in California, and in his free time he enjoys painting, illustrating, and repairing vintage wristwatches.

Garret Simmer
SECRETARY
Garret, the Secretary for Land Air Water this year, grew up in Portland, Oregon, between the trees in Forest Park and the excitement of downtown. Since a young age, he’s been passionate about the environment, having attended summer camp every year at Hoyt Arboretum before becoming a camp counselor himself. Today, he is studying environmental law, with a focus on conservation. Garret is excited to assist with the PIELC conference this year and contribute to our overall mission.

Meghan Hurst
CONTENT REPRESENTATIVE
Meghan is currently a 2L, and is considering a focus in environmental or corporate law. She is originally from Florida and attended Florida State University for undergrad, where she received a bachelor's degree in criminology and psychology. When she is not studying, she loves to hike and spend time outdoors, embracing nature and being with friends and family.

Abby Dompier
CONTENT REPRESENTATIVE
Abby is a 2L from Idaho Falls, Idaho. She graduated from the University of Utah with degrees in Environmental and Sustainability Studies and Political Science, with a minor in Campaign Management. Before law school, Abby worked at the Wood River Land Trust, which sparked her interest in water law. In her free time, she loves to ski, hike, and crochet.

Jarrett Tardiff
TREASURER
Jarret is from Northern Virginia and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina, studying International Studies and Russian language. He is particularly in the field of renewable energy law. When he’s not studying, he enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and playing guitar.

CONTENT REPRESENTATIVE
Anna is a 1L at the University of Oregon interested in Environmental Law. She is from Lafayette, Indiana and graduated from Purdue University with degrees in Natural Resources and Environmental Science, and Political Science. She is interested in the intersection of environmental and administrative law. She spends her free time hiking, reading, and taking care of her many houseplants.

Noah Silverstein
ENGAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE
Noah is a 1L at University of Oregon Law interested in studying Environmental and Public Interest Law. He did his undergraduate at American University where he studied Political Science and Justice & Law. He is from Santa Rosa California where he spends his summer working in the Redwoods. He is interested in working in conservation law and also as a public defender.

Hope Morrissey
WEBSITE APPRENTICE
Hope is from Michigan and completed her undergraduate degrees in Business and Political Science at Albion College. After completing a master's degree in Applied Leadership and Management at Thunderbird School of Global Business at Arizona State University, she moved to Eugene to start law school. She is interested in studying water law and renewable energy. Hope spends her free time hiking, kayaking, and spending time with her dog, Casper.

Molly Cochran
PANELIST SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
Molly is a 1L at the University of Oregon, and does Panelist Support for PIELC. She graduated from UC Berkeley in 2023 with a B.A. in Media Studies, and a concentration in Media Law and Policy. Molly grew up in Redondo Beach, CA, and has always had a passion for environmental activism and combatting climate change, along with addressing environmental injustice. She enjoys camping, hiking, canoeing, and going on long nature walks with her dog, Hondo. After law school, she plans to have a career in public interest or sustainability law.

Blakely Durham
ENGAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE
Blakely was born and raised in North Carolina. Growing up, she spent her summers on North Carolina’s coast, where she developed her interest in coastal issues and the environment. She continued to develop these interests at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating with a B.A. in Environmental Studies and minors in Women and Gender Studies and Environmental Justice. She came to Oregon Law to learn how the law can be used to address coastal issues, hoping to pursue a career in coastal law.

Merrick Studer
DIVERSITY REPRESENTATIVE
After studying conservation biology at the University of Washington, Merrick is now a 1L at the University of Oregon hoping to embark on a career in environmental law. He is a native of the West spending much of his time growing up in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest, only to find himself in Eugene, nestled between the two. His primary focus is on the interdisciplinary intersection between the environment and equity, specifically with respect to disproportionate impacts of climate change on BIPOC communities.

Jay Everett
MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE
Jay is from Boise Idaho, where he received his Bachelor’s in Writing, Rhetoric, and Technical Communication from Boise State University. Originally a biology student, he has always had a profound interest in the environment and those who occupy it. After graduating he spent a year working as a bar manager and part-time legal researcher. Seeking to practice environmental law, he chose to go to the University of Oregon because of its renowned environmental program. In his free time he loves to be outdoors, whether it's backpacking, camping, hiking, running, or playing Ultimate Frisbee.

Abby Frazier
WELU REPRESENTATIVE
Abby graduated from Bard College in upstate New York with a degree in environmental science and a minor in Global Public Health. During her undergraduate years, she actively participated in food waste reduction initiatives on campus and led efforts to reduce campus emissions, obtaining an anaerobic digester to convert compost into renewable energy. Following graduation, she spent a year in Boston working at a hospital before deciding to pursue environmental law at the University of Oregon. Her interests include running, climbing, snowboarding, and biking!
