Will Stephens graduated from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in 2019 with a B.S. in Political Science. After which he served in the U.S. Coast Guard aboard Coast Guard Cutter Steadfast, homeported in Astoria, OR, and aboard Coast Guard Cutter Maui in Manama, Bahrain. He is passionate about cold-water fisheries conservation and issues involving water rights, Indian Law, and dam removal. Will is concurrently pursuing a graduate certificate in fisheries management from Oregon State University. After graduation from Oregon Law, he will continue service as part of CGJAG (Coast Guard – Judge Advocate General).
