Victoria Wilder is a third-year law student at the University of Oregon with a passion for international environmental law and ocean law. She holds a B.A. in philosophy from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia, where she focused her studies in environmental ethics. She grew up in the piedmont region of Virginia where she grew to love the rivers, mountains, and farmlands of the east coast state. She was drawn west for law school as much for the environmental law program at Oregon as the state’s outdoor wonders. She is enjoying exploring her new home while learning how to use law as a tool to protect the places she loves.
