Chloe
Harvell is a 1L originally from northern Utah. She majored in Wildlife Ecology and Management at Utah State University, where she cultivated interests in ornithology and land management. After working in the wildlife field for a few years and seeing the often-glacial pace at which science is incorporated into tangible legislation, Chloe decided to pursue law. She views the legal field as an avenue to effect real and lasting change in the West–especially at the intersection of environmental and social justice. She is currently an Environmental and Natural Resources fellow. Outside of school, Chloe likes mountain biking, rafting with friends, and getting outside with her dogs.
