Submission Form

This form needs to be completely filled out and submitted to the Conference Co-Directors by February 19th, 2016 in order for the panel to be considered for the Conference. Panel Submission applications turned in after this date will not be accepted or considered. Changes to panel details (panelists, scheduling requests, etc.) must be received at askpielc@uoregon.edu by February 19th. If you have any questions, please contact one of the Conference Co-Directors.

NOTE: Please keep panel title brief; LAW reserves right to change title for spacing needs.
Is the panel eligible for CLE creditsl? If the panel is eligible for CLE credit, all panel materials must be submitted to pielc.cle@gmail.com by January 31st, 2016.

In order to include your panel in the conference schedule, we need to know when the panelists are able to attend. In order to keep the schedule flexible, we request that you only mark those times that the panelists are unavailable, not the times that they prefer not to speak or are just inconvenient. If you do not mark any times, we will assume that the panelists are available for the whole conference.
