  • Jill Randolph | WELU Editor | PIELC

    jillJill Randolph is a second-year law student interested in water and natural resource law. After graduating from University of Idaho with a degree in International Relations emphasis Western Europe, Jill was an intern in a western Senator’s office on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. There, Jill saw first hand how natural resources informed almost every aspect of the Senator’s policy plan and first decided to study environmental law to continue to protect water and natural resources. Outside of class, Jill loves exploring all that the Northwest has to offer.

    Screen Shot 2014-07-28 at 8.14.16 AMAnne Haugaard is originally from Vancouver, WA, Anne received her BA in Environmental Studies from Hawai’i Pacific University, where she focused her efforts in enlarging the student government and working with administration to get a stronger student presence in university decision making. When she’s not busy working on PIELC, Anne is a Fellow on the Native Environmental Sovereignty Project at Oregon Law’s Environmental and Natural Resource Center and a research assistant for Professor Mary C. Wood.

    AlexisAlexis Biddle is a law student and is concurrently pursuing a Masters in Community and Regional Planning. He has a passion for active and public transportation. In his free time, Alexis enjoys backpacking, snowboarding, biking, and competitive stone skipping.
