Peter Jensen grew up playing in the mountains of the Wasatch and Uinta Ranges near Salt Lake City, Utah. After his first year at the University of Utah, he took two years to work and serve in Madagascar, Peter graduated with a B.S. in Environmental Science and Sustainability and a minor in Sociology. Following graduation, he researched food and environmental justice at the University of Utah, managed Patagonia’s environmental grants and activism programs in Utah, and worked for local multiple environmental non-profits. Hoping to pursue environmental justice, Peter is now studying at the University of Oregon School of Law. When not busy trying to establish domicile at the UO library, Peter can be found playing outside with his wife and little boy as well as trying to log miles running through the Pacific North West’s old growth forests.
