Charles Lockwood grew up all over the United States constantly moving due to his father’s military service. After living in Ohio, Virginia, and Germany he moved to Houston, Texas. It is here that his passion for Environmental and Energy law flourished. He attended the University of Florida, from 2015 to 2019, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with minors in Agricultural and Natural Resource Law and Policy, and Sustainability Studies. Immediately after graduating, he moved across the United States to attend the University of Oregon School of Law. Charles currently serves as a Conference Co-Director for PIELC, as well as the Co-Director of the Green Business Initiative. After graduating, Charles hopes to work in the Energy/Environmental Sector and to adopt a dog.
