Brenden Catt grew up in southern Oregon and received a BS in Environmental Science from the University of Oregon. Before law school, he was a research assistant at Environmental Law Alliance Worldwide (ELAW), where he researched mangrove deforestation and microplastics in aquatic ecosystems. When Brenden is not studying at the library or a coffee shop, he enjoys snowboarding, skateboarding, biking, fishing, running, camping, and playing soccer. He is excited to work with his fellow Conference Co-Directors to execute an innovative and effective 39th Annual Public Interest Environmental Law Conference.
